In 2014-15 Toby and Peter designed and delivered a Randomised Controlled Trial for Essex County Council that ‘nudged’ people to renew their Blue Badges online. The trial led to a 10% increase in online renewals saving the Council £20,000 a year in administration and processing costs.

In 2011 Avis and Toby devised a massive community campaign to establish a new comprehensive secondary school. From vision and strategy through to capital management, financial operation, stakeholder engagement, recruitment and governance they have lead and managed this £27million, multi year project.
