A new addition to the team, meet Dahaba!
So Dahaba, introduce yourself?
Hello! I’m Dahaba, the new Projects Co-ordinator here at Social Engine. My job involves making sure the projects run as smoothly as they can and that everyone is clear on what needs to be done! As well as liaising directly with clients and getting involved with the work myself.
Why Social Engine?
Social Engine fits in with my personal ambitions of creating social justice and helping society better itself. In addition to this, Social Engine has a progressive outlook to its work and that combined with the wealth of experience really appealed to me.
What is your background?
I studied History at the University of Cambridge and have most recently been working at a Property Start-Up with an amalgamation of job titles.
What are you most excited about working on?
I have to say I am generally quite excited about most things! However, it would probably have to do with the Social Injustices that are close to my heart like Homelessness, Child Poverty and Gender related issues.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I like to write, and I have a blog surrounding Class & Gender in the UK. I also edit for a couple of publications. Other than that, my interests are quite generic! Going to exhibitions, keeping fit etc.
